Shanghai TianYou Project Management and Consulting Company(original Engineering Construction Supervision company of Shanghai Railway Institute) was founded in 1993,  attached to TongJi University. It is one of the first companies in China to hold the qualification of Type Class A in the field of Supervision.

Qualifications and Scope of Services

TianYou passed the ISO9002 quality assurance system of certification with both internal and international certificates in 1999, and the certification of the ISO14001：2004 environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system in 2009.

TianYou holds the following qualifications:
1. The comprehensive qualification in the field of engineering approved by the Ministry of Construction of China.
2. The qualification of Type Class A in the field of supervision of engineering facilities approved by the AQSIQ.
3. The qualification of Type Class C in the field of engineering consulting approved by the National Development and Reform Commission.
4. Passed the ISO9001 quality assurance system of certification

Our team

TianYou owns strong power of qualified personnel. We possess more than 1000 professional supervisory staffs, including more than 100 national registered supervision, facility , structure, construction ,cost , safety and consulting engineers, and 60 railway ministry chief directors. 18% of TianYou’s staff hold senior professional post title, and 45% hold the mid-level one.  As an entity combined university with society and theory study, our staff is characterized by their solid academic ability and rich experience in project management and engineering economy. Our staffs have all been striving to provide the best service to achieve customer satisfaction.

In 2003,TianYou was honored as “Advanced company of project supervision of 2002”by Shanghai Construction and Administration Commission. In 2006, TianYou received “Shanghai excellent facility supervision enterprise award”. In 2007, TianYou was honored as “Advanced unit of railway project supervision of 2006”by China Railway Project Construction Society. In 2008,TianYou was titled as “Advanced company in the past 20 years of supervision development and innovation”. In 2009, received “Advanced unit of railway project supervision of 2006”by China Railway Project Construction Society.

Achievement

Tianyou is one of leading company in the engineering supervision field. The projects we have supervised included significant national high-speed railway projects, 9 Shanghai subway projects, urban railway system in other 5 cities, and some buildings which became the local landmarks. We created strategic cooperative partnership with Vanke who is the leading real estate enterprise in China and the residential area we supervised for Vanke is more than 3million square metres.
